Blue Cow Coffee Company was an idea formed out of passion, desire to change and hunger! It's a vision for something different.
Our great little store is in DeSoto, TX in the lobby of the DeSoto Public Library.
Someday..... we may move on to other neighborhoods in Frisco, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Dallas, Denver, New Orleans, Lafayette, LA
and
Jacksonville, FL.
We want to bring our incredible coffee and even more incredible
food and service to you through one family...not some big corporation who
insists that you like burnt, bitter coffee. Feel free to visit our

Business Philosophy Its simple. Long lines at the "other guy" and no fresh food....plus I don't want to
have someone who thinks they automatically know more about coffee than I do
"educate" me about their version of good coffee.! Fresh food
made to order, great coffee, drinks, a place for the kids to play, TV and a great attitude all lead up to a great experience.
This is not fast food. Your food will be made when you ask for it.
It may take a few minutes longer than a fast food chain, but it is surely worth
the wait. Besides.....Life is way too short to drink "St@&bu*$!"

History Grown out of a dream and frustration at a long line one Saturday, I realized that life was too short to only have one place to get coffee...... Plus they didn't have fresh food
or a place the kids felt like they could hang out. So here came my Blue Cow dream (long story and the dream was weird
so you'll have to visit a store I am in and ask me about it). Love coffee....love it! Need a cup each day but got tired of the long lines and inconsistent
service.....love stuffed pretzels but when we made them as kids they were better than the ones you can get now and they're are very few places that sell them. They're out there, but they were hard to find.
Love Beignets and can't seem to find them outside New Orleans. So why not take this need for a different kind of coffee shop and this unique food to everyone, bake it fresh and have it
just as available as the other guy makes coffee, day old pastry and pre-packaged sandwiches. As far as Bigbucks Coffee.....get out!. Who here likes the impossibly long lines at those stores. Sure they have coffee
(right!).... but so do we. We just have so much more. A play area for kids, fresh food, friendly staff, an understandable menu, comfortable accommodations,
FREE Wi-Fi, TV, text message ordering for "Preferred Customers", curb service at non-drive through locations, and the only place you can get fresh-baked Gourmet stuffed pretzels
and beignets like ours. Come down to see us and we'll grow to where you are!
